I stumbled across Tess, AKA Authentic Spoon, a couple of months ago on Instagram & instantly fell in love with her absolutely gorgeous feed… seriously makes me question whether I should pack up all of my belongings & move to Australia! Her gallery is a combination of rustic, meets beachy, meets food chic!! Essentially all things amazing. Today she’s sharing her veggie tofu bowl with all of us, which will DEFINITELY come in handy post-holiday binge!
Meatless Meals with Tess: Veggie Tofu Bowl
I’m an always hungry foodie who is extremely passionate about health and whole foods! I’m also a qualified nutritionist, undertaking my last year of Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia… always looking for new, healthy ways to enjoy nature’s whole foods 🙂 This is my favourite way of getting in lots of veggies and it’s super easy!
- Organic tofu
- Olive oil
- Mixed veggies
- Lightly pan fry some organic NON-GMO tofu in olive oil/ coconut oil with a dash of organic Tamari sauce.
- Add to a bowl with any of your favourite veggies 🙂
