Introducing… “Monthly Meatless Meals”!

For the past few months I’ve been trying to incorporate more vegetarian dishes into my lifestyle. There’s just one problem… I’m seriously lacking when it comes to preparing creative, meatless dishes!!! I therefore thought that it would be a fun idea to ask you guys what some of YOUR meatless recipes are! AKA we want YOUR recipes! Once a month, we’ll be featuring one of your meatless recipes here on HHH… starting now!  – Side-note: you don’t need to be a blogger to submit a recipe, everyone is welcome!

Want to know how?! Simply e-mail healthyhappyandhilarious@gmail.com with the following information for a chance to be featured:

  • A brief intro (2-4 sentences) explaining who you are & why you like the dish
  • Your own, original vegetarian recipe (can be breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or snack) which includes a separate “ingredients”and “directions” section
  • Your own, original photos of your meatless meal

Easy peasy right?! We’re SO looking forward to reading all of your recipes!!
