Happy SEPTEMBER!! Although summer is almost officially over (boo), my sadness is somewhat alleviated by overwhelming daydreams of crisp air, cozy sweaters, & most importantly… PUMPKINS! Fall 2015 I am most definitely ready for you. Side Note: I’m nearly positive that I have & will continue to commit every single one of Buzz Feed’s “Basic Fall Activities” multiple times over… in fact, I invite you all to scroll through my Instagram feed as the similarities are quite striking. ASIDE from fabulous fall activities, September is all about routine & getting back into the groove of things which happens to be our theme this month on HHH!
This September be sure to keep your eyes peeled for my posts on how to get out of a workout slump & the fifth installment of our 2015 Interview Series! We’ll be interviewing Essential Oils Educator Heather Santo & she’s sharing three of her favourite ways to incorporate essential oils into her daily routine! Holistic Nutritionist Connie Linton will be posting about zucchini date muffins (perfect for back to school snacks) & five ingredient meals that are great for busy, fall schedules!
I’m sure that most of you have also noticed a few additions here on HHH, what with monthly meatless meals & workout song Wednesday! I hope that you’re all enjoying them as much as I am & they will most definitely have a permanent slot on the blog!
